Hand-Made: Geometric Compositions

9/19

Put up, and discuss arrangements made from 5 mediumly thick + 1extra thick brown strips of paper on a half sheet of off white paper. Arrangements should be non representational. Paper may be manipulated.

9/19-21

Look into Bauhaus (link), De Stijl (precursor to Bauhaus), and other geometric influenced styles.

Using the magazines provided, create your own non-representational piece. See my example on the wall (clue: it’s the “winning” one).
