Rotoscoping

While we wait for you guys to film, I’ve filmed the arches.

Arches Video

Each person will take a second to work with, and start rotoscoping from there. Convert the film for flash, using 12 fps.To make sure they are all the same size, change your stage dimensions to 960×540, then stretch the video to fit in it.

Instead of trying to chop the video up, exactly at the right spots, it’ll be easier to just work on the right frames. The easiest way to decide this is to just go alphabetical.
